I suffer from terrible cystic acne - and I'm 29 years old adults. I have many things ...
I have Tea Tree Oil (Jason is the name brand), vitamin E (pure) and a mild detergent - such as Cetaphil, or have contributed to my skin. I also tried to help the lemon juice - but burning.
I am currently Accutane and my skin care regimine includes: Immediately flush with cash end mixed (with 2 drops of tea tree oil soap) twice daily. I then did apply Neosporin on my acne scars crusts form - to prevent more scars (which actually helps to speed up the healing process). I leave on my skin for about 15 minutes. Then use Cetaphil lotion with a few drops of jojoba oil and vitamin E.
This process was dramatically help my skin. I will leave it less and my acne scars, the scars less. Tea tree oil reduces the size of potholes, so they are less distorted. It also reduces the lifespan of seeds, and prevents new recommended vitamin E and / or jojoba oil for dry skin, acne. The CETNot lotion APHIL acnegenic. Hope this helps!
